Day 1: Friday

  • 4:00 pm: Arrival and Check-In

    • Welcome to Yarras Homestead! Take some time to settle into your rooms and explore the beautiful property.

  • 6:30 pm: Group Dinner with Table Topics

    • Gather around the table for a delicious meal and engaging conversation. Table Topics provide prompts for meaningful discussions and connections.

  • 8:30 pm: Evening Meditation

    • Wind down the day with a guided meditation to center and ground yourself in preparation for the transformative journey ahead.

Day 2: Saturday

  • 7:30 am: Breakfast

    • Start your day with a nourishing breakfast to fuel your body and mind.

  • 9:00 am: Morning workshop

  • 10:30 am: Morning Tea

    • Enjoy a refreshing break with tea and light snacks.

  • 11:00 am - 1:00 pm:Afternoon Workshop

  • 1:30 pm: Lunch

    • Savor a delicious and nourishing lunch 

  • 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Afternoon down time + Healing Sessions :

  • 5:00 pm: Reprogramming Guidance

    • Receive guidance and support for releasing limiting beliefs and patterns, allowing for greater alignment with your true essence.

  • 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Dinner

    • Enjoy a nourishing dinner together, sharing experiences and insights from the day.

  • 8:30 pm: Evening Meditation

    • Sink into deep relaxation with a guided meditation focused on inner peace and connection.

Day 3: Sunday

  • 7:30 am: Breakfast

    • Fuel up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast spread.

  • 9:00 am: Morning workshop

  • 11:30 am: Closing Ceremony and Farewells

    • Pack up your belongings and bid farewell to newfound friends, carrying the light and love of the retreat with you as you journey onward.
