Fear is in all Of us. We all, at one stage or another suffer from it and most of us are living with it every day. What if I upset someone? What if I don’t make enough money? What if they don’t like me? What if I end up alone?
The list is endless.
Fear can be paralysing. It can cause us to not do what it is that we want to. It makes us play safe. Stay where we are comfortable, not to push the envelope so to speak.
What would you do if you had no fear? If you were doing what you wanted to do in life and weren’t worried what others thought. Or where your next dollar was coming from.
What if you started fully living!
If you were told this was your last week on earth what would you do differently?
Fear isn’t always bad. It actually helps you to grow.
You have to push through it to do this but that is how you get there. On the other side of fear is growth.
You know the old saying LIFE BEGINS AT THE END OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Well there is truth behind it…
i know myself that I used to be afraid. Afraid to say no. Afraid to test myself, afraid to upset people, afraid to try new things.
But once you start pushing a little. Saying no every now and again it becomes empowering and people understand. And if they don’t, that’s their issue. Not yours. You become stronger and you actually value yourself more.
Start trying new things. Talking to new people, doing things you want to do. Saying no. Try it and you will start to see changes I promise.
