⁠ We can heal the way we feel about our bodies, We can heal by the way we treat it.

We can change our health by listening to what our bodies need.

Our bodies tell us and show us and more often than not we do not listen.


We become inflamed, lethargic, we have little bumps on our bodies, brittle hair and nails we have aches and pains and sometimes eating things that are not good for us we get a nauseous feeling or bloated. ⁠ ⁠


Take some time out and just try to listen and see what your body is trying to tell you. ⁠






Sometimes we need to slow down and our bodies try to make us see this by offering us an injury, an illness or something to stop us dead in our tracks. If we don't get the first 50 signs.


Sometimes our bodies will get a rash, will come up with lumps or even created a feeling that is not of the norm and that is important to look at too. You may be eating foods that your body no longer tolerates.


My husband had a heart attack at 34 years of age. He was not treating his body kindly. Im sure he had little signals before this big event where he may have felt unwell or tightness in his chest but he didn't notice so of course he was made to stop in his tracks.

He unfortunately did not really listen to his body because at 44 he started having chest pain and went to have it checked (at least he was aware of the bigger signs) Well he was immediately taken to the hospital and booked in to have a Triple bypass. My husband CANNOT SMOKE. He also should not drink. Not that he is a big drinker but his body does not tolerate it.





I have been tuning into my body and I have put on quite a lot of weight in the last 2 years and my body is sluggish, It is harder to move around and everything aches. My back aches my ankles are full of fluid.


⁠ My body is screaming out for nourishment and love. ⁠


Take some time to tune in. Do you have a lack of energy. Do you feel queasy and nauseous at times. Are you bloated. Do you have aches and pains. How do you feel. Tune right in... Sit in the quiet and tap into your body. Ask it does it need anything from you?
