Inner Temple Retreat September 11-13

This Retreat Will be held  September 2020 also at the beautiful Wilpine Homestead in the Mudgee wine region.
The tone for this retreat is one of healing and restoration. We will engage in Workshops around finding your Inner self.  A lot of women feel as if they have lost a little piece of themselves as they go through life. At this retreat we will be working on finding that inner spark, and reconnecting with ones self. We will be using healing modalities and also spending lots of time engaging in much needed self care. 
We will be bringing the fun. We will be using dance to connect to ourselves and other joyful experiences.
